![]() ![]() ![]() Here are screenshots for first 3 steps I describe above. I have Office Professional Plus 2013 (.1000) 64-bit and Microsoft next generation OneDrive client (.0509) installed on Windows 10. My user account and password work fine online (so password is not temporary). If I login again, I go back to step and cycle repeats. If I close this window it brings me back to signup page with error "You need to do something extra before we can log you in" After signing in a "web page" like window opens where I see different apps. I go online and say sync, which opens the link in OneDrive and I get a sign-in prompt But if I try to sync our sharepoint site (which I believe still uses the old Groove.exe) I am unable to successfully login to enable sync to work. A complete, or partial, wipe out of the credential store has solved the problem for me. That works (I think it uses the OneDrive.exe). Ive seen this behaviour several times for my customers, often related to a corrupted credential store in Windows. I have the nextgen OneDrive client which I use to login to our business account (I do not have a personal account on one drive). I have all the updates installed, I have tried to manually clear the Sharepoint/OneDrive cache, I have tried clearing stored credentials in Credential Manager, but none of this helped. Our small business has a Office 365 account and as part of that we have a Sharepoint site setup in which we share documents and collaboratively edit files.Īs of today I am having issue with logging into the account. ![]()
